Regional Key Account Manager (Bankhall)

Purpose of the Role
The role will be responsible for achieving agreed regional income targets for both new and existing users/clients of Bankhall Services.
- Grow the business footprint by recruiting new Bankhall clients (broadening) and cross/up sell to existing clients (deepening)
- Achievement of sales activity-based targets to deliver additional income to Bankhall across the range of products and services
- Manage relationships with key Bankhall users in a defined territory/region to achieve agreed objectives
- Collaborate closely with all areas of Bankhall service ensuring we meet and exceed our aligned client targets/market share and service expectations i.e., CRT, Bespoke and Field Regulatory/Compliance
- Deliver agreed level of account activity to achieve approved broaden targets and maintain user retention levels to meet agreed deepen targets. Activity includes face to face, remote and event engagement
- Support the broader DA business with specialist knowledge of wealth proposition and compliance understanding as and when required
- Demonstrate your own input in taking personal responsibility for the delivery of your PDP linked to deliverables expected within this role
- Assist in the development of the groups proposition by collecting feedback from Bankhall clients, competitor, and market intelligence where required
- Undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
Risk:
- Awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on Sesame Bankhall Group. Responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business
Treating Customers Fairly and Retail Conduct Risk:
- To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department
Three Lines of Defence:
- To deliver your role competently and comply with the relevant standards and procedures, ensuring that SBG deliver a service where suitable advice is given to the end consumer, which is adequately recorded and ultimately promotes that customers are treated fairly. This can either be through direct influence or in a support services capacity
Information Security:
- Awareness of all information security principles, policies and procedures and ensure these are followed daily. Always remain vigilant and report any security concerns, suspicions and/or breaches in a timely manner
Critical skills required:
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skill
- Excellent time management, planning and influencing skills
- Strong IT skills
- Territory Management and business planning
- Proven track record of relationship management
- Ability to work both independently/remotely and in as part of a team
