Ashish has an in-depth knowledge of the UK’s financial services industry, including the regulatory requirements and compliance demands placed on financial advisory firms.

Along with his technical knowledge, in his role as Head of India Operations, Ashish is also skilled in general management and oversees all management and administrative functions for Sesame Bankhall Group’s offshore operations. This includes ensuring that the business delivers to agreed service levels and defined key performance indicators.

Ashish’s responsibilities and experience spans a diverse range of specialist areas such as operational risk management, financial crime prevention and people management. His dynamic and flexible approach is integral to the continuous monitoring and smooth delivery of SBG’s offshore operations.

Suchitra joined the Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) team straight out of college and has now been with the business for over a decade. With knowledge and experience spanning a variety of cross-functional areas including risk management, anti-money laundering and operations management, Suchitra is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and is a key contributor in delivering the strategic vision for SBG India.

Part of the Sesame Bankhall Group team since 2012, Rachit has a wide knowledge of the UK financial services market, specialising in areas including insurance planning, anti-money laundering, mortgage planning and equity release.

Hitesh is a Six Sigma Green & Black belt certified professional with a decade of experience in the UK financial industry, expertise in Risk & Assurance, QA Operations and People Management. He is a firm believer of continuous improvement and have successfully closed number of projects resulting in better customer experience, improved ways of working, automation delivering improved efficiency, resource planning and QA accuracy etc. As a Risk & Assurance Manager, he leads on overall risk management for SBG India and provides assurance through Quality Assurance.

With more than 18 years of experience with Sesame Bankhall Group, Manish holds a range of financial services qualifications, including Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers and specialist qualifications like Equity Release and Long-Term Care Insurance. He has a wide knowledge of the UK financial services market and is seen as an equity release expert for Sesame Bankhall Group India. He is primarily responsible for the overall training needs, initial as well as ongoing.
