Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

Purpose of the Role
To give the Recruitment Team the operational capacity to move prospective AR firms through the full pipeline efficiently; from enquiry and FCA/committee submission readiness, through onboarding, to a well-supported first 12 months post-appointment; supporting the National Recruitment Manager with new entrants into the network and ensuring a successful transition and alignment with network standards and processes, while freeing up senior recruitment stakeholders to focus on relationship-building and commercial negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Main contact for new firm principals from enquiry through to application completion, committee and FCA submission readiness, and oversight into the On-Boarding team.
- Collate and prepare pipeline firm information required for internal committees and FCA submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness ahead of deadlines
- Ensure application forms are accurate, complete and satisfy recruitment criteria prior to submission to the On-Boarding team
- Act as the conduit for enquiries between On-Boarding and Sesame Sales teams
- Manage the prospect database to generate targeted proposition campaigns
- Proactively generate (pre-approved) marketing materials to promote Sesame to prospects and follow-up actions; liaise with Marketing to fulfil internal and external marketing requirements, including gathering requested assets from firms
- Work with the Finance team and prospect firm during the novation process, including oversight of all documentation
- Complete all funding request documentation for presentation to the Finance Director/CFO
- Support the On-Boarding team with any issues that arise during the due diligence process
- Complete required documentation for any non-standard recruits and seek the necessary approval
- Support the RKAM/TAM handover process once a firm is appointed, remaining proactive and engaged through the firm's first 12 months to support a smooth transition and strong early relationship
- Own follow-up actions from meetings, tracking them through to completion and ensuring deadlines are met
- Review and adapt internal Recruitment Team processes to identify and deliver time efficiencies
- Support the "Pay Me Journey" project — the development of a new commissions system via OneView
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the National Recruitment Manager to optimise their time with attracting new entrants
- Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
- Share responsibility with the National Recruitment Manager for achievement of the headcount growth target

- Experience within the intermediary market, a mortgage and protection network, AR recruitment function, or equivalent regulated financial services environment.
- Previous involvement in regulated recruitment activity.
- Experience with CRM/commissions systems is an advantage.
